Then look ahead to a certain point for about 3 seconds, and then look at your right and left each for 3 seconds. Then look at the top right and top left for 3 seconds each. You need to rotate your eyes anticlockwise and clockwise about two times each.
Near and Far Focusing
With the help of this exercise, you can increase the flexibility of your eyes and enhance your focus. You need to follow certain instructions to perform it. Just sit down on the floor of a room and make sure the dimension of the room are at least 6m by 6m.
Then, hold a pencil at least 6 inches from your nose. Then glance at the tip of the pencil and quickly change the vision to another object placed 20 ft away. Do this procedure for a few seconds and then again look at the pencil for a few seconds.
Just repeat this procedure ten times every day. You can also start shifting to objects farther away so your vision begins to improve.
