Dr. Anuj Kumar Singh completed his M.B.B.S from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India, in 1983. He has done his post-graduation in M.D. Ophthalmology from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India, in 1983. He was a Senior Resident (Registrar) for Corneal and Refractive Surgery in All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India, from 1988 to 1991.

Dr. Anuj Kumar Singh was the part of the Diplomat National Board at the National Academy of Medical Sciences in 1990. He is a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery since 1991. He also contributed as a faculty, panelist, moderator, and instructor for various national and international forums on ‘Refractive Surgery and LASIK’. He has also written and published original papers on ‘Refractive Surgery and LASIK’. He has Hands-On training in Advanced LASIK with Professor Michael Knorz [Mannheim, Germany], Dr. Keith Williams [Canada], and Professor Cze-Hong Low [Singapore] in the last fifteen years.

Padmashree Vipin Buckshey is an Optometrist & Contact lens specialist. He’s been working for over more than 4 decades to help people see better. He has catered to 7 former Presidents of India and has been the official optometrist to the President of India.He’s been an Ophthalmic Executive at Lawrence and Mayo from 1977 to 1982. He founded Visual Aid Centre which one of India’s most prestigious LASIK clinic to help people suffering from vision-related issues. It is India’s only clinic where all three forms of vision correction i.e. Spectacle, Contact Lenses, & LASIK Excimer Laser Correction are offered under one roof.

Padmashree Vipin Buckshey has done his schooling from Frank Anthony Public School and completed his graduation in 1977 from All India Institute of Medical Science for the Optometry course.

Optom Vipin Buckshey is the ex-president of the Indian Contact Lens Society and is also the ex-president of the Indian Optometric Association. He’s always been professionally very active. He has given a number of public lectures on various eye-related subjects at Delhi, Mumbai, Calcutta, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Lahore, and Colombo. In the last two decades, he has attended all major domestic conferences and a few international conferences in Portugal, Pakistan, Korea, UAE, Germany, China, and in the USA.
